LTC Global provides capital to independent Long Term Care agents and agencies. LTC Global also owns and operates a national distribution network for senior market insurance and financial products.
LTC Global was founded in 2002 by a team of financial and actuarial experts to provide strategic management and financial resources to agencies and agents in consulting to the LTC insurance and reinsurance industry. The company developed from offering advisory services to acquiring and managing operations for its own account.
In 2004, following successful capital raising efforts, LTC Global began to provide capital resources to insurance agents and agencies, especially those with LTCi business. Specifically, LTC Global purchases LTCi renewal commission assets for cash. In late 2005, LTC Global acquired Kanawha's Long Term Care insurance marketing division in Fort Myers, Florida. The Fort Myers team has since become the hub of agent support operations for the entire LTC Global group of companies.
During the period 2007 to 2009, LTC Global acquired several more insurance agencies throughout the country, including United Insurance Group Agency, Inc. (UIG), a national distributor of Medicare insurance products.
